I signed up to unlimited classes in July and so far it’s been such a great experience. The owners are amazing and the coaches are fab. My fitness is already improving and I’m seeing changes in my body after a month, it’s a perfect way to fit around my work schedule and I’m so excited to see where this goes. The studio has a great sense of community with lots of events to attend in between classes, it’s so much fun. Shoutout to Ruben and Joshua. Xx

Have tried multiple boutique gyms across Manchester - f45 in NQ has definitely been the best in terms of class quality, the level of trainer input and this gym in particular is very inclusive . It does not feel pretentious, like some of the other Manchester gyms and there is a good community feel .

This studio is fantastic. I switched to F45 NQ a month ago and haven’t looked back. The trainers are amazing, they take the time to get to know you and any injuries you may have and coach you to get the best out of each workout. They are also so friendly. I had a few questions about memberships prior to switching studios and the owners are so responsive to questions via social media channels. Love this gym! The staff and members are all super supportive. You won't find a gym with a better vibe. The classes change constantly so it never gets boring. They've helped me get into the best shape of my life. I can't say enough positive things :)

AWESOME GYM! Josh and Ruben are amazing, so friendly and welcoming. This place feels like my second home in this stunning city! The classes are intense yet fun, making every workout an enjoyable challenge. I highly recommend joining us!
