It's motivational and encouraging to be part of a team with the same goals. It's a huge help and takes discipline but it's seriously worth it to know that it's about self care and investment.

I signed up to unlimited classes in July and so far it’s been such a great experience. The owners are amazing and the coaches are fab. My fitness is already improving and I’m seeing changes in my body after a month, it’s a perfect way to fit around my work schedule and I’m so excited to see where this goes. The studio has a great sense of community with lots of events to attend in between classes, it’s so much fun. Shoutout to Ruben and Joshua. Xx
