I have been training here for about a year and a half now. The trainers are amazing, attentive and very motivational. Shout out to Macarah and Brooklyn who always put in 110% to support and motivate us members for every single session. The vibes are awesome and I’ve gotten to know some really great people over my time training here. A great spot for anyone looking for a supportive community to reach their health and fitness goals! Can’t say enough about the place 🙌

F45 Madeley is above & beyond. It's spacious so you're not working out on top of each other & has great facilities. The F45 Madeley team are very welcoming & accommodating for all fitness levels and always assist with your technique when you need it, as well as motivating you to push harder.
