F45 it’s my happy place ! I really appreciate the coach’s dedication and they will always pushing you for the best!
The only workout regime that’s getting me consistent while pushing me work hard. KB and Zak are amazing coaches and for me as a beginner they continue to help me correct my posture and technique. Their energy is also unparalleled. Compared to other F45 location, this one’s big and airy so one can move around little more freely. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s self motivated but can’t push themselves in individual setting.
