Updating my original review to make sure it's not at all out of context. 1 star -> 3 stars because I was refunded, management reached out, and the head coaches are great. I arrived 1 minute late, door was locked, and got in as another member was leaving, completely unaware of the policy. Was then told I couldn't join the class despite being already inside at that point 2 minutes late, the coach still on station 1, and the studio nearly empty. Just took my first class at F45 Training and I’m honestly impressed. It was an incredible endurance cardio workout that kept me moving the entire time. I’ll be real, I get bored at the gym sometimes. Creating my own routine feels overwhelming, and sticking to it can feel almost impossible. This felt different. The structure, the pace, and the constant station changes made it feel like it was built for people who struggle to stay engaged. I never once checked the clock. Hard to find and won’t let you in if you’re over a minute after class starts even if the warmup hasn’t started. Avoid this location.
