I just had the best 80's day at F45 in Longmont. The workout is fun, the members are friendly and the coaches are RIGHT there - pushing you through your workout. I go for the fun and the community and they totally deliver! Thanks for a great workout!

The staff, trainers, and fellow members are so welcoming here! If you feel nervous about joining a new gym and starting a new fitness routine, I get it...I felt that way until I took the leap. The workouts are great and the trainers do a really good job of explaining everything and getting around to everyone to help with form and technique. I have not had any problem getting into the classes I want to take; as long as you look ahead a few days to schedule you'll be good to go. Amazing crew !. They make everyone feel like they are at home. Attentive and knowledgeable. I love the place !
F45 and the coaching team are great! I am, let’s say, challenged by some of the workouts. Everyone (with a special shout out to Heather) is so good with helping me with working on proper form. I truly appreciate and need the coaching. It is amazing what a great workout can be done in 45 minutes!
