F45 Longmont has truly changed my life and the way I approach fitness. The workouts are fun and challenging, and there is a great balance of cardio and strength training. The coaching staff at this location is amazing - all of the coaches are committed to helping members get stronger and improve form. Plus they are great people! I just had the best 80's day at F45 in Longmont. The workout is fun, the members are friendly and the coaches are RIGHT there - pushing you through your workout. I go for the fun and the community and they totally deliver! Thanks for a great workout!

The staff, trainers, and fellow members are so welcoming here! If you feel nervous about joining a new gym and starting a new fitness routine, I get it...I felt that way until I took the leap. The workouts are great and the trainers do a really good job of explaining everything and getting around to everyone to help with form and technique. I have not had any problem getting into the classes I want to take; as long as you look ahead a few days to schedule you'll be good to go.
