Very energetic and friendly staff and members! Everyone from Kids to adults are working hard.
Being so for real, F45 Logan Central Ohana really is the best! I started by signing up to do a 28 day challenge back in September 2023, haven’t looked back and still currently a member. Staff go pretty alright and Facilities are clean, friendly welcoming environment and family oriented

Amazing on so many levels. I have tried so many other gym programs and F45 is by far the most balanced program with the best results. Workouts are carefully planned and implemented with plenty of different class times to suit every schedule. But F45 Logan Central is not just another F45, Logan Central Ohana is special. Here you’ll find community, friendship and fun in a non judgemental, supportive environment. The only gym I’d ever get up at 4am for .
