I've been a member since the place first opened in 2020. Due to COVID it closed momentarily but I was eager to go back. I love the class variety - strength, cardio and hybrid - so you will never be bored. F45 also has an app for at home workouts (weighted or body eight), as well as nutrition recommendations, so you will really never have an excuse to miss a workout. F45 in Lisle has been my new gym for the past 2 months. Best workouts I’ve ever done and wished I would have joined much sooner! From my first class I've loved it. The trainers are keeping you motivated and helping to make sure you're doing the workouts correctly. They dont just train you, they get out there and do the work with you. I highly recommend this place to anyone! The workout and coach Alex are Amazing !
I’m coming up on a month of working out here and LOVE it. It is super challenging, but exactly what I need. Not only is the stuff amazing and helps push you, but the members are also all kind and welcoming. I was initially intimidate by some of the “harder” workouts, but everything can be modified and everyone is there for the same reason, to be better. Moved from another F45 location to this newly opened Lisle location because it’s 3 minutes from my house. The trainers are very friendly and helpful. All new equipment and it’s sanitized after each class. Come join the fun!!
