Rob and Matt are amazing trainers! They’ve done a great job helping me get fitter. The other classmates are wonderful as well, and create a warm supportive environment.
I was a loyal member at F45 Lidcombe for over 3 years, but was incredibly disappointed with how I was treated upon trying to return after time off due to a knee injury. During my recovery, I explored other forms of exercise that were better suited to my rehab. When I was ready to return, I simply asked to continue at my usual rate — the same rate that had previously been matched by Olympic Park F45— but the owner flat-out refused. They just take your money
Unsafe in all the ways possible. Trainer, facilities, members, parking cops etc. Avoid if you can help it.
There's a guy with short average build that plays parking inspector in public parking space, watch out for him he blocks people's cars and tries to extort money from them
