Dan is an outstanding coach at F45. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about everyone’s progress, no matter their fitness level. He creates a great atmosphere in every session and always pushes you to do your best while making sure form and technique are on point. Highly recommend training with Dan if you want results and a positive environment.
