Great workouts and amazing, knowledgeable instructors!
It took me FOREVER to work out the courage to sign up for a class, don’t make the same mistake! It is such an amazing studio! Very welcoming, friendly, the workouts are so much fun and the trainers are the best!!! I look forward to my workouts every week (I prefer the strength training but there’s a good amount of classes to choose from). I can’t say enough good things about F45 Legacy as someone who used to do F45 many years ago and could never find their groove again after kids I can say I’ve finally found my happy place again and genuinely look forward to coming here each week!
