I’ve been waiting to write this review. I started working out at F45 when I was 16 weeks pregnant (my baby is now 10 weeks old). I’ve always been an active person and athlete but with adult life, it was hard to find the time and inspiration to start. I've always been a big guy and every time I would go on vacation I would be the fattest/biggest individual at the resorts. While visiting family last summer in Winnipeg my cousin told me he had signed up for this functional training, F45. He said with 3 kids and a busy job he only had a small window in the morning to work out and that F45 was phenomenal.
