This place has truly changed my life both fitness and personal. Often times going to a gym people can be self conscious. Not here, members of all different ages and skill levels push each other to better one’s self and hit personal goals. The community is truly amazing. F45 Legacy had been my go to place for almost three years now. It's the place I can go to where nothing else matters in the next 45 minutes or an hour. The coaches are top notch who make sure your form is correct, push you to achieve everything you are capable of, always giving you the heavier weights to show you the strength you think you have... is much less than what you CAN really lift, the people who know when life is heavy and are always trying to make you laugh or cheer you up. Great workouts and amazing, knowledgeable instructors!
It took me FOREVER to work out the courage to sign up for a class, don’t make the same mistake! It is such an amazing studio! Very welcoming, friendly, the workouts are so much fun and the trainers are the best!!! I look forward to my workouts every week (I prefer the strength training but there’s a good amount of classes to choose from). In the past I was never able to stick to a workout routine until I found F45. I’m so grateful for the support I get from the coaches.
