The Coaches root hard for you and push you to be your best, they correct your form while informing you, the other members treat you like friends, and most importantly the entire environment is positive, energetic, and inviting! I just completed my 10th class at F45 Legacy, and I am hooked! The workouts are incredible, but what makes this place so awesome are the motivating and upbeat trainers and welcoming members.
