I have visited F45 Legacy and used my passport visits the last 2 times I’ve come to Calgary. Samm and Marina remembered me this last time and were so warm and welcoming. This time I met Drew, who is awesome and brings the same warmth and encouragement, with just the right push when you need it. The trainers are full of energy and that is what I think makes these gyms successful. It is the same at my home in Mexico, and it feels so good to come to Calgary and get that same wonderful experience. Thank you all so much!

I have recently joined F45. I haven’t worked out in over 30 years. The staff is fantastic. I feel like I’m getting the benefit of personal training. They help me every session with form, stance. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you all!
