A home away from home! I moved to Kansas City for three years for school. I started going to this gym right away and I’m so grateful I found this place. The owner is so kind. He knows everyone by their name and greets you with a smile. All of the staff members are amazing. They are friendly and really get to know you. The place is always so clean and the equipment is well taken care of. During a stressful three years, this gym was my sanctuary. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Had a work trip in the area and inquired about dropping in, around 515 AM in the morning, via email. They had responded within 10 minutes and informed me of their convenient drop in rates. That day, and the following, I joined their 615 AM class. It is a wonderful gym with proactive coaches and friendly members. I joined F45 a few months ago and have really enjoyed it! Every workout pushes you to become better and the coaches there are great. Very positive community of people that helps you get to the gym on days you don't feel like it. They do a great job of programming the workouts to where they are never the same.
Dropped into F45 Leawood while in town for the holidays and loved my time there! Friendly and knowledgeable coaches, clean studio, fun environment and GREAT workout!
