After being in gyms most of my life I was convinced by a young friend to try F45. After 400 visits and at the age of 75 I can say F45 is an excellent opportunity to stay in the best shape you can. It helps balance, mental attitude and endurance. It is as easy or hard as you want it to be for all ages. I’m definitely the old man in the gym but it motivates me to keep up with the younger people in the room.
