The absolute best gym in the area! Amazing members and trainers who truly care, my home away from home for three years. If you’re looking for a great workout with great people, check it out :)
F45 Lawton is such a vibe. This is my first time trying F45 and the workouts are a lot of fun. They offer modifications and tons of weight options for every exercise. The facility is clean and the people are very kind. It’s great to get up early, knock out an awesome (and intense) workout with other people. You just show up, do exactly what they tell you, and leave feeling accomplished. Highly recommend for anyone who thrives with accountability, and wants to push themselves or get back into a routine.
Great community
Thankful for the teammates there and this awesome place to work on our fitness journey!!
I’ve dropped in at many F45s throughout the US and Lawton West may be the best managed/run. Liz and the trainers make coming to a workout easy and help you stay consistent. Highly recommend.
