I travel a lot for work and not only is this the best gym in Lawton, it’s the best F45 I’ve been to. Liz runs a great experience for members and I’m grateful for it. Highly recommend.
Great workouts, always challenging! Been a member about 18 mos and lost 50lbs and counting 🤗 Have enjoyed making connections with people from diverse backgrounds, however unfortunately several of the trainers and members I’ve connected with have left over time. The environment seems to be changing; it doesn’t feel inclusive, consistently. Tends to feel very clicky in some classes, and see favoritism often. Otherwise, a cool place to focus on your health and fitness goals.
