I love this workout! 45 minutes of an incredible workout that gets results. Great coaches and great community feel.
Love F45 Laveen! We’ve been going 3-4 times a week for about a month now and can’t get enough. The trainers are incredible (shoutout D and Ben) and the workouts are designed in a way that allows you to push yourself while also focusing on form and overall strength. Big fan and would recommend to everyone and anyone, regardless of where you’re at in your fitness journey!
One of the best fitness options! At this location the coaches are so fun and welcoming!!!! I’m glad I became a member!
