F45 LaSalle has been amazing from day one!!. The 430pm class is perfect for my schedule and the 'regulars' are fun to be around. The trainers make sure you are doing the moves correctly (Chris)...lol which when doing correctly....it hurts more....lol. I have gotten so much stronger at 62 yrs old and it feels amazing to be strong!!! Thank you Andrea, Chris and the whole team!!! You Rock!!
My wife and I have been training here for over a year and continue to exceed all our fitness goals to gain strength, stamina and loose weight. We are treated like family but pushed I'm an incredibly supportive and professional environment. As a fitness professional with over 40 years experience training elite athletes, this place is as good as it gets!!
Joining 45 Lasalle has been one of the best choices I’ve made. The community is super welcoming and the energy is so positive and motivating! The coaches push you, support you, and care about your progress. I always feel confident walking into the gym, and I never leave without feeling so happy I worked out. The absolute best gym hands down! I was welcomed in with open arms and never looked back.
