My wife and I have been training here for over a year and continue to exceed all our fitness goals to gain strength, stamina and loose weight. We are treated like family but pushed I'm an incredibly supportive and professional environment. As a fitness professional with over 40 years experience training elite athletes, this place is as good as it gets!!
Joining 45 Lasalle has been one of the best choices I’ve made. The community is super welcoming and the energy is so positive and motivating! The coaches push you, support you, and care about your progress. I always feel confident walking into the gym, and I never leave without feeling so happy I worked out. I’m really grateful to be part of the f45 community!
The absolute best gym hands down! I was welcomed in with open arms and never looked back. F45 LaSalle has a fantastic, welcoming community of people with exceptional coaches (especially Andrea and Chris with their focus on form)!!
