As a person that is in the small business industry, I was really taken by surprise the high level of customer service I have received my Marianne- she is wonderful. Equipment is well maintained. The studio is clean, the coaches all have great energy and are very knowledgeable. If you are stuck in a rut and need motivation as I did (am middle aged) - join the 2 weeks challenge! I have zero regrets.
I am a CPT at F45 LaSalle, and I can honestly say it’s such a special place to be part of. The energy in every class is unmatched, and the members truly make it feel like a community, not just a gym. I’ve watched people grow stronger, more confident, and more connected here… it’s so rewarding to see. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll feel welcomed, supported, and challenged in the best way!
Best way to start my day (shout out to the 5:30am crew 😍). Amazing and knowledgeable coaches, great atmosphere/community, awesome members, and incredible results at F45 Lasalle! The workouts never get easier… which is the point! 😁 You have a member for as long as I can keep up with you… 6 years and counting… 😅😁❤️
If you are crunched for time to fit in a great workout that will make you sweat this is the place! Easy to follow and if you have any questions the coaches are always there with answers. Fun atmosphere, friendly staff and members.
