Started working out here six weeks ago after winning a six-week training course. From day 1, they've consistently made me feel like part of their group and not just another person attending a class. I was greeted by name from my second class on, the owners, came over and made sure to introduce themselves to me when they were in the building, and the trainers are always checking on how I'm doing and offering encouragement. Love going here! Great workouts with a wide variety to do day to day. Great coaches to motivate you each workout. Best of all it only takes 45 minutes out of your day. You will feel great all day after a 45 minute workout. Highly reccomend F45!!!

Had a chance to visit F45 Largo East studio recently. I've been to many different studios and this was one of the best. Good crowds, great vibe and all the coaches were friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Lucas with great energy from start to finish. Best thing about this location were the new functional racks that really up the game for strength training. Looking forward to a return visit when I'm back in the area.
