Went to F45 for about three months of my twin pregnancy, they had an amazing atmosphere and great supportive coaches. I would say they didn't have a ton of alternative workouts for pregnant moms but the coaches were able to one on one help me find a different workout to do at each station when I asked. Everyone constantly asking how things are going and truly making you feel welcomed. Love F45! Every class has amazing energy and gives me so much motivation! The coaches genuinely care about everyone’s progress and they push you to do your best. I have gained so much motivation since I have joined! I’m glad I decided to invest in my health and fitness! This is the place to be if you’re ready to push yourself! 😊
They were amazing! We booked a private class for my friends bachelorette. 14 women. They did such an incredible job, the music, the energy; we had a great time and would definitely recommend them!
Came to this location via passport from Atlanta. These guys were great and the location is massive. They even gave so much advice on moving to the area. Can’t wait to come back soon!
