El mejor gimnasio de la zona… no me gustaba ir al gym y luego de probar este lo amo! El staff es excelente, las personas que asisten al gym también, el ambiente y el entrenamiento son EXCELENTES! También hacen actividades de integración para los miembros y concursos para incentivar el ejercicio, los equipos son . Lo recomiendo al !
This is an A+ studio. We were in from San Diego and had a great time here. Nathan the studio owner was welcoming, everyone was friendly and the studio had a great vibe. Jean and Sam who coached most of our classes were high energy, knowledgeable and also very welcoming. The studio was clean and had new equipment too. If you are in the area or looking for a gym - I highly recommend checking this gym out.
Nathan and Carrie have built a positive environment of encouragement and a phenomenal program for people at any fitness level. Great gym.
Went to F45 for about three months of my twin pregnancy, they had an amazing atmosphere and great supportive coaches. I would say they didn't have a ton of alternative workouts for pregnant moms but the coaches were able to one on one help me find a different workout to do at each station when I asked. Everyone constantly asking how things are going and truly making you feel welcomed.
