Love going here! Great workouts with a wide variety to do day to day. Great coaches to motivate you each workout. Best of all it only takes 45 minutes out of your day. You will feel great all day after a 45 minute workout. Highly reccomend F45!!!
Had a chance to visit F45 Largo East studio recently. I've been to many different studios and this was one of the best. Good crowds, great vibe and all the coaches were friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Lucas with great energy from start to finish. Best thing about this location were the new functional racks that really up the game for strength training. Looking forward to a return visit when I'm back in the area.
I have gone to several different F45 locations throughout the country, and this is by FAR my favorite one!! Everyone on the team is so amazing and supportive, and they genuinely want the best for you! I always look forward to my morning workouts and catching up with the other members and the faculty. :) I truly couldn’t recommend it enough!
All the coaches and staff are so amazing and are super helpful giving training tips on form and will always push you to work harder! They are all so nice and make you feel like part of the gym fam!
