F45 is one of the gyms I’ve used for fat loss, conditioning, and building discipline. The structure forces you to show up, move fast, and push through workouts you probably wouldn’t do on your own. The variety keeps it from getting boring, and the group environment adds accountability. The coaches are great.. Jean, Nathan, Molly, and Sam! If I forgot anybody I apologize!
I joined F45 Largo in January not really knowing what to expect. It has surprised me with the amazing energy and support you find from the members and coaches. They offer a great variety, form correction, and alternatives if you have any limitations. I look forward to showing up for each workout. They are all great but don’t miss out on Jean and Sam!
I truly can’t say enough amazing things about F45 Largo—it’s been such a positive part of my routine and overall well-being. I’ve been searching for a gym like this. Every workout is different and challenging, and the great music makes the time fly by. The trainers are all incredibly supportive and kind.
