I joined F45 East Largo last November after signing up for a "7 Day Trial". From someone who has dabbled in just about every type of fitness out there, I was intrigued by the standards of F45 based on videos I had seen online. I was never athletic and spent years held back by limiting beliefs. I’d experienced brief moments of success before, but nothing with the consistency, momentum, and genuine excitement I’ve found at F45. That difference is entirely due to the coaches, the environment, and the workouts at F45 Largo. Every coach brings something unique to the floor, and I truly enjoy training with all of them. Wanted review again years later! Still the best f45 I’ve been to!! Best fitness studio I’ve ever encountered. Love the group atmosphere that keeps you motivated. Ps -Celeste is the best trainer. You’d be lucky to attend one of her classes.
