The owners and staff are all amazing people. Fun environment to get a great workout in!
I’ve been searching for a gym like this. Every workout is different and challenging, and the great music makes the time fly by. The trainers are all incredibly supportive and kind.
My friend asked me to join her for a workout and use a trial membership to start off. I normally say yes but don't end up committing, but lo and behold - after 1 week my husband was joining and now we've signed up for a year membership. Working out and going to gyms from my experience has always been intimidating and the first thing I noticed was how welcoming and positive the environment was at F45 Largo East.
