F45 landmark is literally the best place ever! I absolutely love all the coaches.. they are so so inclusive, supportive, uplifting, positive and nothing but the sweetest people I’ve ever seen. Amazing classes and staff! Darius and the other trainers are very helpful and push you to be better.
I’ve been taking classes at F45 Landmark with Coach Ben and Coach Marta and they are the best, they are really attentive during class to form and making sure you are doing things correctly to prevent injury.
I encourage anyone to come and try a class at F45! It’s a great way to take the mundane workout to a more energized level!
