I’ve been a member of this F45 location for approximately three years. Overall, I enjoy the workouts and believe the majority of the coaches are professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently impacted by one specific coach, Jenn. There have been multiple instances where Jenn has singled me out unnecessarily, creating tension over issues that felt absurd and unwarranted.
