Everyone at this studio is so friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The coaches are all amazing as well!! They will work with you if you need any kind of modifications and they will always push you to be and do your best. Coach Jaz and coach Kelly are both super awesome. If you’re popping in for a drop in visit or looking to start a membership, this is the place for you for all your fitness goals!!
F45 has given me so much more energy. Each day feels like a new challenge and a truly rewarding experience.
This is an amazing fitness studio!!!! The trainers are great and always into helping. Magic Mike is one of the best customer service reps eva!!!! He will always take care of you and make it right. Go here, bring it, or go home and get fat!!!!
Absolutely love F45 Land O Lakes! The workouts are always challenging, fun, and never boring. The biggest highlight for me is the coaches — they’re incredibly motivating, supportive, and always make sure you’re using the right form. The energy in the studio is amazing, and it really feels like a community that pushes you to be better every day. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, they make everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend this place if you want to stay consistent and actually enjoy your workouts!
I’ve had an awesome experience at F45. The coaches are awesome, and they always make sure you’re using the right form. They push you to do your best while still being super supportive, no matter your fitness level. The workouts are challenging, fast-paced, and never boring.
