About this business
Our studios all over the world offer a 45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout class for our studio members. We have developed 27 different 45 minute workouts, with more currently in development. Our studios offer the same class at different times throughout the day. Every day throughout the week offers a different 45 minute workout. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 3,000 different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice.

I was going to another location for a while but when that closed down I started going to this location. They welcomed me and all the other members with open arms and I've never been as committed to a workout as I am here. Great trainers, workouts, and fellow members. Love it!
Jenn was Fabulous! She was late at helping me use good technique and she especially helped me when I got a horrible hamstring cramp used a massage gun and then she gave me some great stretches. I recommend this facility to anyone. Come and see Jen she’s one of many fantastic coaches here at F 45
First class ever in an F45 gym. Jenn was awesome. Crazy good workout. Great way to start my day. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back.
The coaches are amazing! Great work outs planned! The weekend is fun as well, with a live DJ. Such a great idea.
I appreciate the F45 facility; I've been attending for over a year. The entire staff is incredibly supportive and caring. Due to my schedule, I interact primarily with Coach Jenn, who have been incredible supports during my workouts. Coach Jenn carefully observe my posture and guide me to improve it.
