Thus far the best decision I’ve ever taken. I really thought F45 was going to be a challenge for me at my age. I saw it as something for already fit and young people but boy was I totally wrong! F45 is definitely an amazing workout place where you meet outstanding coaches who care about your health and body. It’s where you meet great people that become your fit family along side with my beautiful daughter encouraging each other! I’m so happy to be part of the F45 fit family at Lakewood Ranch!

Thank you all for the quality training you have provided over the past 2+ years. You have supported me on my journey to improve my fitness and become my best self. This summer, my 22 year old son and I climbed Mt. Fuji. We crushed it! I've tried several fitness centers over the years, but none have helped me achieve the cardiovascular and muscular fitness that F45 North has, and while having FUN! You're the best!
