The coaches ensure you are in good form and working hard, but they are also making sure you are pushing past all limits. Since joining a few months back, I have not only lost inches and 10 pounds, I have gained friends who will always push me to be better!!!
I've been a member of F45 Lakes of Bella Terra since 2023 and I love this place. It's honestly like a second family. The coaches are encouraging, helpful and truly care.
