The owner, Minh Vo, is a typical scammer. Do not give him your information. He gives or sells your name, phone number, and details to anyone. Will harass you to join his gym months after asking him to stop. Will continually send you texts.
UPDATE: After arbitrarily banning me, the coach went so far as to post the class photo on their private, personal social media account with my face blocked out to gossip about the situation to their followers and other members. This is on top of the fact that during the workout, the coach actively refused to guide or support me. I’ve been coming here since May 2025. I tried the 14 day trial and signed up shortly afterwards. The people, the workouts, and the relationships outside the gym are uplifting and positive. My kids sometimes come with me and the coaches have developed a relationship with them as well. They help me focus on my workout when they become restless by engaging with them and they really are there to help us grow. Joined F45 Lakes of Bella Terra a while back and somehow I’m still voluntarily showing up to sweat 😅 Great coaches, great people, zero “gym bro”attitude. You can compete, go at your own pace, and the coaches actually help you instead of just yelling from across the room. I usually walk in tired and leave feeling like I could fight a bear. 10/10 — come suffer with us.
