I can’t recommend F45 La Quinta enough. Really great workouts - both fun and challenging. I was in town for a few weeks and purchased the visitor pass (great deal). Everyone I met (both trainers and members) were extremely nice and encouraging. Thank you Bruce, can’t wait to visit again!
Great tunes! I am a F45er visiting this location. Loved the interactions with every single coach I met during my week in the area - Christina, Vinny, Michael and Linda. All were very supportive and encouraging. I will be back on my next vacay!! Thanks 😀
Not only is this the best workout, but the whole team of coaches are great too. Robynne, Michael, Linda, Jessica, and all the other coaches are great at pushing you to work a little harder while not overdoing it (like some gyms have a tendency to do). Grateful for you team!
F45 is the best part of my day! The workouts are always challenging, high-energy, and never boring. The coaches are super motivating and kind, and the community feels like family. I’ve gotten stronger and more confident since joining. Highly recommend to anyone looking to level up their fitness! 💪🔥
F45 has helped me in many ways. Get more fit, meet new friends and most importantly enjoy the workouts. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and are always there to assist when needed. I have been a member for many years and I highly recommend joining this team.
