The F45 La Quinta coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and also friendly and funny. They helped changed the health of our entire family and they brought us closer, too. Hard to believe anything could do all of that, but F45 La Quinta did. I personally think of F45 in terms of other great brands, like Apple, Toyota, Starbucks. Stopped in while visiting for the weekend. Robynn is a consummate professional, really enjoyed participating at her studio. Great vibes and people, recommend to anybody!

Visited from Canada and enjoyed several classes at F45 La Quinta 111 - one of the best F45 studios I've been to. Great atmosphere, stellar coaches, awesome owner, super organized, very clean and immaculate. Wish this was my regular studio!

I absolutely love this gym! The staff is friendly, engaging, and they actually correct your form. The workouts are intense but also modifiable for your goals/ability. I switched over from orange theory and it was the best decision for me. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout and a good time!
