This is a fantastic operation. Always consistent and the coaches are top notch. It has a real sense of community and workouts are extremely efficient. Highly recommend checking it out.
Beyond disappointing after five years and almost 1,000 classes for the wasted expense, paying for video circuits with gangster music, housewives, and workers who run the floor like a P.E. class with cliques and gossip, instead of helping. I hurt my back and knees following the F45 videos, and the absentee owner and burned-out manager were extremely resistant to my modifications, especially since I didn't want to build muscle as F45 pressures you to do. I’m a new member of F45 La Mesa and I’m absolutely loving it! Coach Casey was super informative and helpful getting me started. The coaches are INCREDIBLE and the culture of the studio is encouraging and hard working. I love that all fitness levels can participate and everyone is equally encouraging. I’ve been in and out of gym life more many years and this is by far the best experience ever! I highly recommend to all! Any age and fitness level.
