Amazing place for a daily workout routine, & an even better community! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid sweat & making new connections locally. The F45 coaches are top notch and take great care of all their members.
Great experience.. although it is in a group setting, the trainers take time and correct each and every individual. There is a different set of excercise and the variety is great so that it does not become boring and monotonous.
I’m so excited to be back at F45 Kirkland since the new owners took over! The updates of the studio have already been incredible—they’re truly breathing new life into the space. It’s clear they genuinely care about the members and the community. From the energy in the classes to the attention to detail in the studio, everything feels elevated. The vibe is so positive and motivating, and it feels like a place where everyone is welcome and supported. Can’t wait to see how it continues to grow!
