One of the worst customer service. I have cancelled my membership more than a month back but they are still charging me every week. They do not reply most of the time.
One of the worst customer service. I have cancelled my membership more than a month back but they are still charging me every week. They do not reply most of the time.
I do my best to never give negative reviews, but hopefully this will help someone reconsider this gym. The classes were great, trainers were fine, and gym location was ok - ventilation/cleanliness could be much better. But oh man, going through the cancellation process has been a nightmare. I submitted my notice via email and apparently we need to give a one month notice - but never had that been mentioned nor did we ever sign any contract when signing up. All they did was scan my card and keep it on file. Initially, this wa... read more

Really great gym with amazing trainers. Absolutely all of them are awesome - Monica, Hannah (both of them!), Robby, and da main man Jay. All are super knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. Jay is an absolute machine, a wealth of knowledge, strength, and motivation! Thank you guys!
