I have been a member at this location for the past few months and cannot say enough good things about my experience. The classes deliver incredible results, but what really stands out is the staff. The trainers are deeply sincere in their encouragement, always attentive to correcting form, and consistently friendly to everyone who walks through the door. It is an incredibly supportive, clean, and motivating environment for anyone looking to reach their fitness goals.

As a person that it’s over 400lb and less than 6ft tall, I took the 5:30 am class today Monday it was really challenging for me that I’m not used to Excercise much and most of the time I’m working on a desk, but the personnel guiding the class made me feel welcomed and saw how challenging it was for me and checked on me all the time, made suggestions on how to keep moving but at a different level/weight or difficulty. I fully recommend this experience, and hopefully it’s the first of many classes for me.

I've always been intimidated by strength based workouts but the coaches have the skills, patience and encouraging attitude to help you learn and make sure you're using the right form. I always feel welcomed when I walk in the door by the coach. I also appreciate the variety, I rarely do the same workout twice - I always come out of classes feeling accomplished and ready to sign up for the next class!
