100% type 2 fun. F45 Kingsland has an amazing community and exceptional coaches to support you at whatever level of skill and weights. Just the right amount of push and encouragement to be the best. The F45 program with changing workouts and guidance is the right solution for people who just don't know what to do a the gym or just don't want to think when they workout.
I have been a member at this location for the past few months and cannot say enough good things about my experience. The classes deliver incredible results, but what really stands out is the staff. The trainers are deeply sincere in their encouragement, always attentive to correcting form, and consistently friendly to everyone who walks through the door. It is an incredibly supportive, clean, and motivating environment for anyone looking to reach their fitness goals.
