A+. All around A+. I signed up as a part of the 6-week challenge initially and am now a member of the studio. The workouts are great. The staff is great. The location and studio are great. I almost never give reviews but I was so compelled to write this because of my amazing experience with F45 King of Prussia. It really doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey - F45 is for you. Literally anyone and everyone should do this. It really is life changing. I can almost guarantee it.

Great group workout studio, with a phenomenal staff. They treat you like family at F45 Training King of Prussia. The studio is large and clean - you can tell ownership takes pride in what they have to offer. I signed up for F45 Training King of Prussia's 6 Week Challenge. If you want a gym a fantastic gym with amazing trainers that actually care about you. Look no further and go join TODAY! I joined F45 with my fiancé a few weeks ago to help jump start our wedding weightless. We had a membership to another gym in the area that we're paying for but not going to for lack of motivation and struggled to find something we both enjoyed.
