All the trainers are amazing, they push you through the workouts and make sure you’re doing all exercises correctly. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Thanks for having us F45 Kiama.
The team at F45 Kiama have been incredible, always welcoming, supportive, and encouraging. It's easy to book in sessions and I've been blown away by Craig, the owner's, willingness to make it a great experience, offering to pause payments if we are going on holidays and reaching out to make sure I am maximising my membership. The best is showing up, getting a great workout, then heading out the door again in 45 minutes. Exactly what I was after. Thanks team!
