A lot of talk about community but nothing was ever done to foster it. Some good trainers but they came and went without any notice. The studio was closed without notice and we weren’t offered a refund. Six weeks later, after multiple messages we finally got our money back.
Love training at F45 Kelvin Grove!! The trainers really know when to give that extra encouragement when it’s feeling too hard! Also really useful and easy having the free 2 hours parking downstairs!
Tilly sure does know how to push you just that little bit more! Came out of my morning session already feeling I've conquered the day!
I have gained amazing results with these guys and the results are next to none . Having an extensive medical history and having the support and knowledge with Gee and Tilly always adjusting workouts to suit my ability . I have lost over 30kgs and regained happiness thankyou❣️ Would highly recommend these guys .
