This is a great place to work out! The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, and the workouts are always different. I highly recommend F45 Kelliwood!

I tried calling today just after 4pm and a woman answered and hung up. I tried calling again and she said into the phone, "Oh my God, I hate people!". Then she set the phone to voice-mail and possibly blocked my number. All I was wanting was to join uo and I wanted some information. Totally unprofessional and amateur!
