This is a great place to work out! The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, and the workouts are always different. I highly recommend F45 Kelliwood!
I have been going for just over two weeks now and love it and see a change already! It’s close to home and I love getting in and out and feeling great afterwards!

I tried calling today just after 4pm and a woman answered and hung up. I tried calling again and she said into the phone, "Oh my God, I hate people!". Then she set the phone to voice-mail and possibly blocked my number. All I was wanting was to join uo and I wanted some information. Totally unprofessional and amateur!
