I have absolutely loved my time at F45. Not only is the training amazing with no class the same and the perfect mix of strength and cadio but every class is fun due to the amazing culture and team built by Shanee and Dazza. Thank you for making even 4:25am a joy!!
F45 Karale is such an uplifting place to be and life changing in so many ways. There's nothing I love more after a hard day than walking into the studio and being greeted by friendly faces (both trainers and other members) and then sweating it out in a mindful session. I've dropped 3 dress sizes in a matter of months, changed to somr healthier habits and I feel happier and stronger every day. Highly recommended!
