Mark and Conor deserve 10 stars. F45 Kallangur is both welcoming and filled with a bunch of people who uplift and motivate each other. My life, mental and physical health has improved ten fold since joining last year in September. Could not recommend them enough.
I joined the K-Town crew after my previous club closed and I now regret not making the switch sooner. The community and coaches are incredible and I feel like a valued member, not just a number. Whether you attend an AM or PM class you’ll always be greeted with a friendly smile and encouragement from everyone. I LOVE it!
