Always had a great session with all the trainers. I haven't done any workout in my life time. F45 Kallangur is the first ever training that I felt comfortable and encouraging. There is no judgement and the F 45 community is very encouraging. Trainers are very helpful and guide the beginners with full attention. Various Classes are available throughout the day. I joined F45 six months ago and it was the best decision I made. The atmosphere is welcoming and non judgemental which was really important to me as I had just had a baby and was extremely nervous getting back into training again. I have seen so many improvements in my fitness since joining here. The trainers and the owner are all super lovely and helpful. I highly recommend joining this gym
Highly recommend this gym, I choose to pay more to come to this gym over the other gyms in nearby locations. Nothing compares. Classes are always well worth the investment in your health.
