Highly recommend! I was reluctant at the beginning as I didnt think I would like circuit workouts but I have found it brilliant. The time goes so fast and the team are absolutely fantastic. The team are so supportive and because of this it has made it easier to keep coming back! Thanks guys
We were so warmly welcomed to our extended F45 family in Kalgoorlie. Emma & Fransisco treated us as if we were part of the team from the minute we walked in. They were also attentive to the class & focused on getting the best results throughout the session. We went twice & hope to be back again at some point. All the people we spoke to in the class were also lovely (as expected) - sharing local knowledge & tips with us. Thanks for having us.
