Highly recommend! I was reluctant at the beginning as I didnt think I would like circuit workouts but I have found it brilliant. The time goes so fast and the team are absolutely fantastic. The team are so supportive and because of this it has made it easier to keep coming back! Thanks guys
We were so warmly welcomed to our extended F45 family in Kalgoorlie. Emma & Fransisco treated us as if we were part of the team from the minute we walked in. They were also attentive to the class & focused on getting the best results throughout the session. We went twice & hope to be back again at some point. All the people we spoke to in the class were also lovely (as expected) - sharing local knowledge & tips with us. Thanks for having us.
I have had the best time at F45! The coaches are so great and the atmosphere is electric! Thank you for making my time in Kal so special. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
The short Indian or Pakistan guy was rude ,I know he's been there for years but doesn't give him the right to control people at times. I used to like F45 but having him there ,waste of space ,other than that the other staffs are awesome, even Emma 😊
The program is not for the faint-hearted. You need to want to do it, change your mind and body.
