Absolutely love F45 Johnston! Started a last Spring to get in shape for my wedding and overall mental/physical health, it delivered. The team and workouts push me to try harder and get stronger. Definitely recommend for anyone at any level or age!
Great way to build your endurance and have an extra source of accountability!
I love the workouts, great mix of cardio and resistance. The HR monitoring is great for keeping you accountable for how hard you are working in the class. I like that it is a set start time & you know it’s 45 mins, this is great for people with busy schedules. The only thing I think could be improved is that there is not a dedicated cool down / stretch at the end.
