Great workout. Staff really cares about your alignment and progress. They push you without being over the top. Best part is no workout is ever the same so no boredom!!
I’ve been working out here since last summer and I’m still just as excited and challenged by the workouts. Not to mention the trainers will make you feel comfortable and help you with anything. This is my favorite F45 location I’ve ever been to 😊
love the small intimate space! the best way to get a workout in and to start your day off right. workouts are easily explained and coaches are there for support. Love it
What I like most about F45 is the diversity of each workout. Though, exercises may be similar, it's not the same workout or class every single day. The staff, I absolutely love! The are friendly and fun. The people I work out with are equally friendly and fun. The 7 am class keeps me motivated all day long.
