A very welcoming vibe at the studio, coaches were accommodating & friendly.
An inclusive welcoming community, whanau vibes! The trainers are well knowledgeable and their expertise and guidance is outstanding! I've never gone longterm at a gym before, but f45 invercargill has won me over! I'm in my late 40's and highly recommend anyone to give it a go. I'm sure you will be won over as well. Hugest respect for the team!
I have been a member of F45 for over a year now and I absolutely love it. From day 1, I have found it to be a very supportive and safe training environment and a fantastic way to meet new people with similar goals and interests. There are always so many fun activities to do outside of the gym workouts like the challenge parties and quizzes and also the fun dress up workouts. I have gained so much from F45 and couldn’t imagine going back to a regular commercial gym. Thank you F45 Invercargill for all you do!
