Omg, I never knew fitness could be so fun! Every day the workout is different, the coaches are very helpful in showing you proper form, while being your cheerleader. Ashley the owner is amazing as I must’ve had a million questions before signing up, lol. The music playlists for the workouts really help to get you pumped up too. Pushing yourself, to your limit, at your pace is a pretty great feeling.
