This is a great community gym with excellent coaches who go above and beyond to look after their members.
I've been doing F45 since June 2019 and have tried and tested 6 F45s across NSW and QLD, and this is one of the best ones to work out at! All the trainers are supportive, friendly and approachable and don't mind when I change up an exercise that doesn't work for me! Definitely an F45 I would recommend.
I joined F45 indro in January this year. The coaches and clients are very welcoming and encouraging. I look forward to the class each day and I love the variety of the classes. I have been fortunate to meet some great people who I now consider friends. A great place to workout, leave the outside stresses behind and also socialise. Highly recommend!
F45 Indooroopilly, member since June 2019, their vision /motto: team training , life changing. It’s certainly gave me a new outlook and increased energy. Convenient location, parking, class times, great community of people welcoming all fitness levels and ages. Your health & fitness goals are certainly achievable with the support of F45 Indooroopilly team.
