F45 is such a welcoming & supportive gym. I love starting my day off hitting the gym & challenging myself to be better everyday. The staff are knowledgeable, encouraging & extremely friendly. They love to work you hard but they also want to know about your life. We love F45 - your hard work & effort for your members does not go unnoticed.
F45 Hope Island I think is one of the happiest places on the Gold Coast. I’ve been away for quite a while and being back is the best thing I’ve done. My 63 year old body just seems to thrive here. I am fit and strong and you will probably still see me here when I’m 73. I get up at 3.30 every morning to do the 4.30am class and that sets my mindset for the day.
