F45 is the best ! The instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful! There is no place like it!
So thankful to have found this F45 community! After living in Bluffton for only a month, it has become my favorite place to go and see familiar faces! Always a hard workout and always encouraging!
Definitely highly recommend this gym for structured and challenging workouts. Staff and everyone very friendly and welcoming.
I booked three times through ClassPass while on vacation. Three separate days, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, each time they cancelled my booking and hour before the class! I tried to call twice to find out if there was an issue and left a message and got zero response. If they were going to cancel I would at least have appreciated a reason why and more warning so that I could plan a different workout.
