I booked three times through ClassPass while on vacation. Three separate days, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, each time they cancelled my booking and hour before the class! I tried to call twice to find out if there was an issue and left a message and got zero response. If they were going to cancel I would at least have appreciated a reason why and more warning so that I could plan a different workout.
Definitely a long awaited addition to this area of town! The gym is well equipped, the workouts are expertly run, and the energy is great! I love the variety of equipment and the tech/screens that help guide you through the workouts while the coaches are making sure form Is great and modifications are explained if needed.
I’ve been to several F45 studios across the country and I have to say… Megan at F45 Hilton Head is the best in the business. She is kind, professional and provides top notch level coaching! Loved it!!!
Really hit or miss depending on the instructor. If you already know what you're doing you will be okay. Highly recommended Bill's class, skip Megan's though.
I enjoyed the workout, however, the ownership proved disappointing. I gave the owner of the gym a one month’s notice of membership termination, as I was moving. He acknowledged the initial email, so I thought I was all set. He then continued to charge me for 3 weeks after my membership had been set to end. I left him voicemails, emails and even tried to call the facility directly to correct this. Bill never returned my calls or emails.
