I’ve been to several F45 studios across the country and I have to say… Megan at F45 Hilton Head is the best in the business. She is kind, professional and provides top notch level coaching! Loved it!!!
Really hit or miss depending on the instructor. If you already know what you're doing you will be okay. Highly recommended Bill's class, skip Megan's though.
I enjoyed the workout, however, the ownership proved disappointing. I gave the owner of the gym a one month’s notice of membership termination, as I was moving. He acknowledged the initial email, so I thought I was all set. He then continued to charge me for 3 weeks after my membership had been set to end. I left him voicemails, emails and even tried to call the facility directly to correct this. Bill never returned my calls or emails. I ended up having to take it up with my bank because F45 wasn’t going to stop charging me.... read more
This is the 2nd year that I have been to F45HH while I'm on vacation. It's a very welcoming studio from not only the coaches but their regular members.
