My first day at F45 was amazing. Everyone from the staff to the participants were super welcoming. The coaches were knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. I had a great workout. I’ll be back for more!
Had a great workout at F45 with Jonathan. I haven’t worked out in a long time but he motivated me to try heavier weights and do couple more reps and at the end I walked out feeling great and ready to conquer the day! They also had great summer music that kept the momentum going, felt like a quick class!
