Excellent place to commit to your fitness goals! The coaches are all amazing, knowledgeable, and supportive. They take time to teach you as an individual and encourage you at various stages of need and fitness level. The facility is clean, organized, and professional. Such a fantastic community. Very grateful for this gym and I highly recommend.
I love F45. I worked out on Beachbody for 9 years and enjoyed my flexibility. A few friends asked me to come check out F45 a year ago and I haven’t stopped coming since. The face to face group training and community of members sets F45 apart from any other gym or workout program I’ve participated. I love this place! I have been a part of F45 Heritage Corner for about 3 years and look forward to it every time I get to go! The workouts are fun and challenging and the group setting is lively and motivating as it pushes me to try harder and keep going. The trainers are awesome, friendly, approachable and energetic!
