Not 1st time at F45, but 1st time at this Rockwall Heath location. Love this stations workout, it’s a whole body workout that incorporates both strength and cardio. Easy to follow instructions, clean equipments.
Absolutely LOVE coming to F45! Every day is different and always a great workout!
Had my first class today with Noah and I loved it. It is clean, has a great playlist, and just has great energy all around. This is now my go-to gym.
My siblings and I visited the Heath location while home in Greenville. Coach Kaitlyn was warm and welcoming and we had a great T10 workout this morning. My brother, John has his personal best at 52.2 points! Woo hoo!!
