I joined F45 since my friends told me that this could be a fun. Now, it's my third week at F45 Haymarket, and I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who enjoy circuit training. They provide different training topics and focuses everyday. The couches/instructors here are friendly, encouraging but not pushy. I am a lazy exerciser myself, as I always tried to find an excuse to skip leg days when I joined other commercial resistant-based gym, but I only missed one session since I enrolled in F45.

Can’t recommend F45 Haymarket enough! I’ve tried a bunch of group training gyms and nothing compares, such a great community and Dave and Mac are the best coaches.
Great atmosphere, a great place to release stress, friendly staff and my "happy place"
