Initially I found this gym fantastic when the new owners began a few years ago however for the past year I have found a decline and concerns with one of the owners presenting as unprofessional to members and his behaviour inappropriate. The F45 program is great and the members are lovely as are most of the trainers but the politics bought into the gym by one of the owners is disgraceful. I no longer attend this gym for this reason.
I can't talk highly enough of this place! It’s my happy place! The owners and trainers are absolutely amazing and they really do care about all their members and have created a fun and welcoming community with great challenges and adventures thrown in on top! 💕
F45 Hastings team and members have been a saving grace to not only my physical health but primarily my mental health. The amount of effort the owners and trainers go to, to provide nothing less than a positive, enthusiastic environment within the studio is like no other. I can not recommend them enough !
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed training with the team at Hastings. Trav and Shelly bring consistent GREAT vibes and energy to the gym. Come and give it a go.. you won’t regret it!
