If You dont want to think about what to do in the Gym because you have to think in your everyday life than you will Appreciate just Going in and putting in the work... Group Fitness is much different than Individuality...and can take some adjusting foresure. I will recommend F45 at the Hamptons to everyone who cares about their total wellness. It is fast paced, intense but very effective. They accommodate individual specific needs too. I do the best I can within my circumstances and ability and I see no judgements on coach faces. The coaches are the best, I couldn't resist membership after experiencing them.
This studio has been amazing! The coaches are fantastic and the energy is such motivating!
