Staff is so encouraging and welcoming! 🤩The format is awesome and they fully supportive to movement modifications as needed. Great environment- clean bathrooms and a shower Music is great, and LOUD - I use earplugs and it's just fine
I come to F45 whenever I’m visiting family because I know it will be an amazing workout and a fun time. Rachel and the entire crew there are so nice and welcoming, even though I only drop in on occasion. They’re great with modifications, encouragement, and just general good vibes.
The moment you walk into F45 you know exactly what you are getting; a good workout surrounded by positive and supportive trainers. The trainers are really good at making everyone feel comfortable and finding modifications for everyone’s ability level: beginners, intermediates, advanced. I’ve never seen anyone NOT break a sweat or a smile during those classes.
