I come to F45 whenever I’m visiting family because I know it will be an amazing workout and a fun time. Rachel and the entire crew there are so nice and welcoming, even though I only drop in on occasion. They’re great with modifications, encouragement, and just general good vibes.
The moment you walk into F45 you know exactly what you are getting; a good workout surrounded by positive and supportive trainers. The trainers are really good at making everyone feel comfortable and finding modifications for everyone’s ability level: beginners, intermediates, advanced. I’ve never seen anyone NOT break a sweat or a smile during those classes.
Really enjoying F45 classes. Upbeat and helpful instructors, nice variety of equipment and exercises, and great spirit all around. Very motivating!
