I have been a regular gym guy for a few years now mainly focused on weights with some spin classes for cardio What appealed to me about F45 was the combination of strength and cardio in one session. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they do pure strength and cardio sessions as well as the combo sessions. I’m loving the sessions, feeling fitter, stronger and energised.

Visiting from Toronto through the passport program. Great coaching and community at the Hamilton downtown location - they really push you to do your best. Shouts to coach Miranda. I will definitely be back next time in town. Check it out.
