The team at F45 is excellent. It’s a good time working out amongst likeminded people in a clean and well put together space. I enjoy that the workouts are not dragged out and allow me to get in a full workout before I have to head to the office. Definitely recommend checking out F45 Downtown Hamilton. Thanks guys!

I assisted for 7 classes with the welcoming offer they had last month and trainings were awesome. I was surprised by all the equipment they had, which translated into dynamic and diversified exercises during training. The gym itself its really confortable and clean. I’ve only been back at F45 for a few days, and I’m already amazed at how efficient their 45-minute classes are! You walk in, get an incredible full-body workout, and leave feeling energized — no time wasted. What really blows my mind is how F45 is unified internationally. The workouts are consistent no matter where you go, which shows just how committed they are to making sure their training style is effective and backed by results.
Amazing classes! Each workout is thoughtfully planned to target different muscle groups, and the sessions are always well-structured. The instructors are super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive—they make sure your form is correct throughout. I highly recommend this place!
