I have been a regular gym guy for a few years now mainly focused on weights with some spin classes for cardio What appealed to me about F45 was the combination of strength and cardio in one session. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they do pure strength and cardio sessions as well as the combo sessions. I’m loving the sessions, feeling fitter, stronger and energised.
Fantastic gym and trainers! Would recommend to those who are just starting or have been training for a while
