Nice facility and challenging workouts. Great way to get through a lot of work in a short amount of time. Great place to bring a group and keep each other motivated.
I joined F45 in 2020 and this gym has continued to go above and beyond for their members despite the challenges faced while opening right before a global pandemic. They’ve done Zoom classes, outdoor classes, indoor classes and specialty pop up classes at local businesses all to support their members. All of the trainers are friendly, encouraging and knowledgable. They push members to try new things and support them along the way. It truly is a great place to workout. Your first week is free so give it a shot!
The F45 program checks all the boxes for me: Structured workouts, coached sessions, flexibility, and accountability. The workouts are very challenging but are not intimidating. They can be easily modified according to your fitness level. Knowing my week is already planned allows me to stay focused and on track with my fitness goals. When I first moved to the area, finding the right gym was a top priority for me. I looked at a few in the area, but they just weren’t “it.” Enter F45!
