unable to find the schedule, the bodyandmind app is shut down, the f45 site says this location doesnt exist wth is going on there

We started F45 about a month ago and it has been amazing. The entire process from when we signed up until current has been seamless with the owner and coaches guiding us every step of the way. The staff/coaches are eager to help when modifying is needed for the workouts making it a safe and healthy session. Shane, Katie, and Robin are energetic and make it fun fun fun. I would recommend F45 to anyone who was interested. Its been a game changer.

The F45 location in downtown Los Angeles is the ideal place to exercise. It was the best decision of my life to sign up for a guest pass at a gym when I was searching for one. I was not pressured to sign up, unlike at other nearby facilities. Lindsey assisted me with enrolling and explained the F45 program. When I required assistance with invoicing or had general inquiries, Oscar was always available to assist me. He was such a gentleman that he did not become annoyed when I repeated myself. Love this place! I’ve been working out for many years, and this place has provided a great experience for me. It’s the right mix of being able to push yourself physically and mentally, but also not crushing your body with heavy weight and repetitive workouts. Highly recommend!!
