Since joining F45, I have seen nothing but positive influence and encouragement. The trainers are engaged and take time to understand each individual strengths and weakness. The owners are engaged and will actually take the time to know your name. For a group fitness gym it’s gone beyond my expectations and after a month it has been one of the best experiences in a gym! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to change or improve their fitness. I am absolutely having fun waking up and working out.
