I’ve been to a few f45 studios and this one is by far the best vibe!! The coaches create such good energy and excitement. I am a huge fan of f45 workouts, but the coaches & owner here make it the best studio I’ve been too.
As part owner, having a 5.0 rating after three years in business warms my heart.
Hands down the best workout experience I’ve ever had. The coaches and community are amazing at the Grimsby location. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually look forward to working out now!

This studio is an amazing place to get a great workout and you can count on skilled, motivated and welcoming trainers to encourage you throughout the workout. It’s a positive and team-oriented community. Highly recommend!
